The One Day Band sessions are an ongoing series of improvisations hosted by Trestle Records.

Musicians, sometimes meeting for the first time, are invited to collaborate on a record made in a single day. The idea is to create a supportive studio environment to facilitate the production of new spontaneous music.

Each disc contains an entire concert given by THE SEEN spanning the years 2005 to 2009.
